Austbrokers SPT is a long standing and proud member of the National Insurance Brokers Association (NIBA), the peak body of the insurance broking profession in Australia.
NIBA administers the Insurance Brokers Code of Practice which all members must adhere to. The Code sets out the minimum service standards customers can expect when they engage the services of an insurance broker.
Our experienced team abide by the NIBA Code.
